Getting Started
Creating an account is easy! Follow these steps:
- Click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation
- Fill in your personal information
- Choose whether you're a customer or vendor
- Verify your email address
- Complete your profile
To reset your password:
- Go to the login page
- Click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for reset instructions
- Follow the link to create a new password
If you're already logged in, you can change your password in Security Settings.
You can update your profile information at any time:
- Click on your profile picture in the top right
- Select "Edit Profile"
- Update your information
- Click "Save Changes"
Visit your Profile Settings to make changes now.
Vendor Resources
To become a vendor on our platform:
- Click "Become a Vendor" in the navigation
- Complete the vendor application form
- Upload required documents (business license, insurance, etc.)
- Submit your application for review
- Wait for approval (usually 2-3 business days)
Once approved, you'll have access to all vendor features including event bookings and your vendor profile.
Booking a spot at events is simple:
- Browse available events in the Events section
- Click on an event to view details
- Select your preferred booth size and add-ons
- Click "Request Booking"
- Complete payment if required
You'll receive confirmation once your booking is approved by the event organizer.
Required documents typically include:
- Business License or Registration
- General Liability Insurance Certificate
- Health Permit (for food vendors)
- Product Photos (at least 3)
- Tax ID or EIN
Specific requirements may vary by event. Check each event's requirements before applying.
Account & Settings
To manage your notifications:
- Go to Account Settings
- Click on "Notification Preferences"
- Toggle the notifications you want to receive
- Choose email frequency (immediate, daily, or weekly)
- Save your preferences
We're sorry to see you go! To delete your account:
- Go to Profile Settings
- Scroll to "Account Actions"
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Warning: This action cannot be undone and will permanently delete all your data.
